  3.      I've talked with Tradewind, and they recommend you run Memmaker before
  4. and after you install Comit if you have Dos-6.x.

  9.           We need more information to answer your question. (1)-Dos version
  10. (2)-Please  give  your  Modem  Model,  (3)-Serial  Number  (on  Bottom   of
  11. externals, Chrome Bracket of internals, in Battery Compartment of  pocket).
  12. (4)-Type  ATi3 ( AT 'eye' 3 ) in terminal mode to get ROM version of  Modem
  13. And  >>> (5)-if internal which COMport did you set via jumpers?  <<<.  Give
  14. (6)-Software Name (you are using) w/ (7)-Version & (8)-Date, and  (9)-short
  15. summary of the problem with (10)-some pertinant details (the steps you take
  16. and the results). 11) Some computer BIOS have problems, so it won't hurt to
  17. include that information (usually shows onscreen when you BOOT).
